Return and Refund Policy:

Thank you for shopping with our company. We strive to provide you with excellent products and services. 

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint.  So just email us and tell us what went wrong, include a picture, and we will give you your money back in full.  Then, if possible, you can donate your pickleball gear to a charity or recycle it. 

Eligibility for Refunds:

Our refund policy applies to products that are damaged, defective, or arrive in an unsatisfactory condition. We do not give refunds for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, or ordering the wrong item/size. 

Inspection and Refund Process: 

Upon reviewing the item, our team will inspect it to verify the condition and the reason for the refund. If the item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 30 (thirty) days using the original payment method. Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment processor.

Exclusions and Disclaimers: 

We reserve the right to refuse returns for any reason, including if the product shows signs of misuse or tampering.
